Paid for Two Items, Received Only One
I placed my order (#104532) on 21/02/2026 for two items. The glass panel arrived and is fine, but the stabilized moss panel was missing from the package.
The shipping confirmation clearly stated that both items were included in the same shipment, yet DHL confirmed they received and delivered only one parcel.
I have written to customer support three times. After contacting them, I was told that the moss panel is handmade and still in production, which directly contradicts the original shipping confirmation.
The missing item has a significant value, and I am still waiting for a clear resolution, either shipment with a valid tracking number or a refund.
At this point, I feel misled and honestly scammed by this experience.
Overall, the communication has been inconsistent and misleading, which is very disappointing.
