We absolutely loved the art, it looks beautiful. But there was obviously very little to no thought put into the hanging hardware. They attached the cheapest metal triangles in random spots on the wood, and some of them were even crooked. My husband hangs things constantly, has remodeled homes, used a laser level, and it took HOURS to hang because every single hook had to be measured separately, and there was ZERO room for error. It was incredibly frustrating. We finally got them hung and they were ever so slightly crooked so we used velcro command strips to stick to the bottom so they would stay level. It was a joke. They could have put hardware on the frame instead of random places on the wood, or took more care to find better hardware or at least make sure they were on straight! We would never order it again even though it was beautiful. It was an absolute pain. For the thousands of dollars we paid for this art I cannot believe how cheap and thoughtless the hardware was.

Paid for Two Items, Received Only One
I placed my order (#104532) on 21/02/2026 for two items. The glass panel arrived and is fine, but the stabilized moss panel was missing from the package.
The shipping confirmation clearly stated that both items were included in the same shipment, yet DHL confirmed they received and delivered only one parcel.
I have written to customer support three times. After contacting them, I was told that the moss panel is handmade and still in production, which directly contradicts the original shipping confirmation.
The missing item has a significant value, and I am still waiting for a clear resolution, either shipment with a valid tracking number or a refund.
At this point, I feel misled and honestly scammed by this experience.
Overall, the communication has been inconsistent and misleading, which is very disappointing.
